In Store Returns:

We hope you love all your goodies!  If for some reason you are not completely in love, you may exchange or receive a store credit within 14 days.

Garments must be UNWORN,  with ORIGINAL TAGS and ORIGINAL RECEIPT.  We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed.  

*GIFT CARDS, RED LINED, & SALE/CLEARANCE items & ACCESSORIES are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Information for Online Orders:

 We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible.  We use USPS and have a $7 ground shipping (3-5 business days) and $20 priority shipping (2-3 business day) option.  You will receive an email via heartswoon@outlook.com once your order is shipped with a USPS tracking number! 

Online & Store Pickup Returns:

We hope you loved your order packed with love!  If for some reason you would like to return your items, please get them back to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  

Swoon is not responsible for return shipping.  When we receive your return, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.  The funds may not show back in your account for 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution. You will be notified of the refund via email!

The best way to ensure you get the item you are craving is to place a new order and return the one you are not smitten with.  This way we will ship out your new order right away!  When we receive the return, we will refund you as stated above!  Yay!
