We hope you loved your order packed with love!  If for some reason you would like to return your items, please get them back to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  

Swoon is not responsible for return shipping.

Return Instructions:

You must complete the return form FOUND in our RETURNS PORTAL -highlighted in pink above- before mailing back your items.

Garments must be UNWORN and with ORIGINAL TAGS. We have the right to deny a return after the time period has lapsed.

Shipping Information for Online Orders:

We process online orders within 1-2 business days and ship them to you as soon as possible.  We use USPS and offer free shipping (3-5 business days) and $20 priority shipping (2-3 business days) option.
